Placement Assistant

The person in this position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to analysts in their work unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send documents intended for policyholders, prospects or internal collaborators, including: cover notes, endorsements, certificates and proof of various insurance, etc.
  • Perform billing for analysts in their work unit, perform the required checks and correct as needed;
  • Design, write, correct and lay out various types of documents;
  • Ensure the reception of telephone calls;
  • Any other related administrative support tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

DEP in secretarial studies and five (5) years of relevant experience or DEC in administrative techniques and two (2) years of experience or any other combination training/experience deemed equivalent.
Mastery of the Office suite, knowledge of insurance and financial services an asset, knowledge of accounting an asset
